ImmunoReagents provides an extensive line of secondary antibodies developed in chickens, goats, rabbits and donkeys that are cross absorbed to remove unwanted activity to other species’ antibodies.

Anti-Human, Anti-Mouse, Anti-Goat, Anti-Rat, Anti-Sheep, Anti-Rabbit, Guinea Pig and Anti-Chicken.

These secondary antibodies are available conjugated to horseradish peroxidase, alkaline phosphatase, biotin, fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) , tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanate (TRITC), Texas Red, Dylight 488 and Dylight 549.

ImmunoReagents also provide primary antibodies against human proteins representing cancer, cardiac markers, hormones and serum proteins.

Our exceptional line of chicken IgY antibodies from ImmunoReagents are a great choice when designing your assay, as they offer important advantages over traditional mammalian antibodies.

• Reduced background problems associated with naturally occurring anti-mammalian antibodies (HAMA, RF, etc), thus, reducing false positive reactions.
  
• Reduced interference associated with complement activation. The human complement system is not activated by chicken antibodies.
  
• Do not bind to the IgG class Fc receptor. This is a distinct advantage when performing cell surface protein analysis.
