Anti-DNA damage-binding protein 1

DNA damage-binding protein 1 (DDB1) is the large subunit (p127) of the heterodimeric DNA damage-binding (DDB) complex. DDB1 also functions as a core component of the cullin 4 (CUL4) ubiquitin E3 ligase complex, facilitating the binding of substrates and the ubiquitination of proteins. These factors (ubiquitin ligase substrates) regulate numerous essential processes in the cell including DNA repair, DNA replication, chromatin remodelling.

Our anti-DNA damage-binding protein 1 antibody has been tested with human samples, but we also guarantee it for use in many other species. See datasheet for details.
