Exosomics - Solutions for extracellular vesicle  isolation

The exosomics range provides solutions for the isolation and selective enrichment of tumour-originated extracellular vesicles (EVs) and exosomes from complex biofluids:

 

Exosomics’ first two kits, SeleCTEV-DNA and SoRTEV-RNA, overcome the limitations of current liquid biopsy methods that isolate total nucleic acids in blood but with only low levels of tumour-derived RNA and DNA. On the contrary, the Exosomics kits allow the harvest of tumour-derived genetic material using unique proprietary affinity methods that selectively purify tumour-derived EVs and exosomes without using any special equipment, such as ultracentrifugation or chromatography and from which the DNA or RNA can be extracted. These kits hence provide researchers invaluable solutions to detect early cancer hallmarks in blood samples.

 

Purification of tumour-originated nucleic acids from tumour enriched EVs and exosomes

 

SoRTEV™ EV-RNA Low Volume (24 rxns)

This kit allows the purification of tumour derived RNA from tumour enriched exosomes in biofluids and includes a user-friendly protocol for RNA purification. The exosome purification is based on immune-affinity beads coated with proprietary antibodies against exosome surface antigens.

SeleCTEV™ EV-DNA Low Volume (24rxn)

This kit allows the purification of both circulating free DNA (cfDNA) and tumour-derived exosome DNA from plasma and/or serum with a starting volume of 0.5 to 2ml. The purification is based on Exosomics proprietary peptide affinity method and this kit includes a user-friendly protocol for DNA purification.

 

SeleCTEV™ EV-DNA High Volume (24rxn)

This kit allows the purification of both circulating free DNA (cfDNA) and tumor-derived exosome DNA from plasma and/or serum with a starting volume of 2 to 7 ml. The purification is based on Exosomics proprietary peptide affinity method and this kit includes a user-friendly protocol for DNA purification.
