Polink-2 Plus is an ultra sensitive polymer-based detection system for Mouse, Rabbit, Goat and Rat, that uses new conjugation technology and antibody enhancers to improve upon existing staining systems.

The performance of the Polink-2 Plus system is 2-4 times stronger than existing systems without a noticeable increase in background. However the kit was produced to be low cost, making it the perfect kit for all IHC staining - manual, automated, high sensitivity and every day use.

Wide choice of species, including anti mouse, rabbit, goat, rat specific (no cross reaction with mouse), and mouse specific (no cross reaction with rat) antibodies.

AEC kits in particular offer extremely high sensitivity, so much so that further dilution of primary antibody may be possible.

Single species detection capacity

As the system is ultra sensitive, users may be able to further dilute their primary antibodies if switching from conventional three-step detection methods.
