Polink-2 Plus is an ultra sensitive polymer-based detection system for Mouse, Rabbit, Goat and Rat, that uses new conjugation technology and antibody enhancers to improve upon existing staining systems.
The performance of the Polink-2 Plus system is 2-4 times stronger than existing systems without a noticeable increase in background. However the kit was produced to be low cost, making it the perfect kit for all IHC staining - manual, automated, high sensitivity and every day use.

AEC kits in particular offer extremely high sensitivity, so much so that further dilution of primary antibody may be possible.

Single species detection capacity
