ImmunoReagents provides an extensive line of secondary antibodies developed in chickens, goats, rabbits and donkeys that are cross absorbed to remove unwanted activity to other species’ antibodies.

Anti-Human, Anti-Mouse, Anti-Goat, Anti-Rat, Anti-Sheep, Anti-Rabbit, Guinea Pig, Anti-Cat, Anti-Dog, Anti-Llama and Anti-Chicken.

These secondary antibodies are available as a range of conjugates including horseradish peroxidase(HRP), alkaline phosphatase (AP), biotin, fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanate (TRITC) Dylight 350, Dylight 488, Dylight 550, Dylight 594, Dylight 633, Dylight 650, Dylight 680 and Dylight 800.

ImmunoReagents also provide primary antibodies against human proteins representing cancer, cardiac markers, hormones and serum proteins.

Our exceptional line of chicken IgY antibodies from ImmunoReagents are a great choice when designing your assay, as they offer important advantages over traditional mammalian antibodies.

• Reduced background problems associated with naturally occurring anti-mammalian antibodies (HAMA, RF, etc), thus, reducing false positive reactions.
  
• Reduced interference associated with complement activation. The human complement system is not activated by chicken antibodies.
  
• Do not bind to the IgG class Fc receptor. This is a distinct advantage when performing cell surface protein analysis.
