Polink-2 Plus is an ultra sensitive polymer-based IHC detection system that uses new conjugation technology and antibody enhancers to improve upon existing 2-step polymer systems.
The performance of the Polink-2 Plus system is 2-4 times stronger than existing systems without a noticeable increase in background. However the kit was produced to be low cost, making it the perfect kit for all IHC staining - manual, automated, high sensitivity and every day use.
As the system is ultra sensitive, users may even be able to further dilute their primary antibodies if switching from conventional three-step detection methods.
